Avg for ALL MILES loaded and empty is 92 cpm for teams and 95cpm for solo PLUS 100% of fuel surcharge. 12 months recent OTR experience with hazmat endorsement required (Hazmat must be on license at time of hire). No DUI, reckless driving or more than 3 moving violation in 3 years and no more than 1 serious moving violation. All preventable accidents in last 5 years are reveiwable. No misdemeanors in 3 years and no felonies, drug, sex or theft convictions within 10 years.
Lease program for 2006 Columbia's with $0 down, $315.38 wk for approximately 39 months and you own the tractor.Owner operators can also hire if tractor less than 10 years old.
This company also trains new drivers, if you're an experienced driver willing to train new drivers you still receive 70% of the team's gross and the company pays the trainee's salary that = big bucks for you.
