Run great miles, 2800-3000 per week, home every 7-10 days and may get by house more.

OTR Driver w/ 4 weeks paid vacation 1000 mile avg haul

Solo- 6 months experience avg is 35cpm if you have hazmat on cdl, 34cpm w/out hazmat. (hazmat not required to hire, pay difference is ALL miles, not just those hauling hazmat). 
Teams - both drivers MUST have hazmat on cdl - avg pay 6 months experience is 37cpm, 3 yrs experience is 44cpm.

Recent Graduates of Trucking Schools

Recent Grads - must have graduated from a truck driving school within 90 days. The truck driving school must include training on tandem tractors with 10 speed transmissions and 45-53' van trailers in addition to classroom time.  If its been over 90 days since you graduated school, or if you have less than 6 months recent OTR experience, or if you trained on unapproved equipment you may be able to take a one week refresher course Go to Refresher.   If you didn't take a full school and have less than 6 months verifiable OTR experience you will have to attend a full school.

I have both solo and team positions, whether you have a partner or not.  Solo drivers work 14 days out and 2 days home, Team drivers can work 3-4 weeks with 3-4 days off or work 20 days with 10 days off.  Pay after training starts at 22cpm team and 26cpm solo, increasing to 31cpm for either by 6 months. 

If you have a partner you will attend orientation together, separate for your on the road training, then come back together for your permanent assignment. If your partner has 6 months or experience, they may be able to train you, keeping you together from orientation on.

Orientation is every Monday.  Once approved the company will provide bus and hotel at their cost for orientation. Your hire date is your last date of orientation.  Orientation last 3 days, then you are assigned to a trainer and will spend 4 weeks on the road with your trainer.  After training you are assigned to a truck. Depending on your job assignment, following your training period, you may go home for a few days or back on the road in your assigned truck.  

Before I can activate your application I need a copy of your graduation certificate from trucking school and a copy of your driving record for last 3 years (MVR must be dated within last 30 days and must include all states in which you held a license in prior 3 years). Canadian Regional

Below is hiring map for this regional. To be able to run this fleet a driver must possess a passport or fast card.  Loads go into and out of Canada, drivers do not run point to point in Canada. If you don't have a passport you can be hired, a passport will be ordered in orientation, and when received you will switch to Canada Regional.  Avg trip is 600 miles, 99% no touch, 60-70% drop and hook. When running the Regional, pay ranges from 37-40cpm depending on experience. OTR pay ranges from 30-33cpm. Both Regional and OTR pay 3cpm extra on hazmat loads and pay up to $600 every 30,000 miles (with option of a week off) as bonus/paid vacation.  Regional is home weekly (plus up to 5 bonus/paid weeks per year). Must have 12 months driving experience in last 36 months, good driving history and no criminal that prohibits entry into Canada.

Class A Van Lease Purchase $0 dn $315 wk

Dry van solo or team, solos avg 900+ miles per trip, teams avg 1500+ miles per trip.
Pays 70% of gross. 80% drop and hook. Avg for ALL MILES loaded and empty is 92 cpm for teams and 95cpm for solo PLUS 100% of fuel surcharge. 12 months recent OTR experience with hazmat endorsement required (Hazmat must be on license at time of hire). No DUI, reckless driving or more than 3 moving violation in 3 years and no more than 1 serious moving violation. All preventable accidents in last 5 years are reveiwable. No misdemeanors in 3 years and no felonies, drug, sex or theft convictions within 10 years. 

Lease program for 2006 Columbia's with $0 down, $315.38 wk for approximately 39 months and you own the tractor.Owner operators can also hire if tractor less than 10 years old.

This company also trains new drivers, if you're an experienced driver willing to train new drivers you still receive 70% of the team's gross and the company pays the trainee's salary that = big bucks for you.

School Refresher

Refreshers are generally available to drivers who meet the following:

• Graduated from a truck driving school over 90 days, but within the last 12 months, and has less than 3 months driving experience.
• Driver who has more than 12 months OTR driving experience outside 36 months. but within 60 months.

Drivers who have less than 12 months driving experience outside 36 months or whose experience is outside 60 months will have to take a full school.  Drivers with 3 months of driving experience within the last 12 or have graduated from a school within the last 90 days may be able to start as a recent graduate and go out with a trainer. 

If you qualify to be hired after a refresher, a 40 hour refresher is required, it may be taken at your local school or through the company. The cost of the company refresher is $575 which is paid through payroll deduction of $40 weekly starting in your 5th week of employment. 

Refreshers are done in at one of 3 schools located in IA, MO or CA.  The refresher is 40 hours over 5 days and starts every Monday. The company will also advance the costs of your transportation and lodging which you can repay through payroll deduction.  Following graduation from the refresher you will stay the weekend, then start orientation on Monday morning and go out with a trainer that same week. Your hire is date is your last date of orientation. You will spend 4 weeks on the road with your trainer, then return to complete a couple days of orientation permanent truck assignment, then another 3-4 weeks out before going home for 4-5 days. Figure on being away from home for 9-12 weeks. 

After hire you will start work at 22cpm, by month 6 your pay will be 31cpm.  (Based on 2000-2500 miles per week your pay would be $440-$575 weekly month 1, increasing to $620-$775 weekly by month 6)    Team only, no solo drivers, out 3-4 weeks home for 3-4 days can also do 20 days out with 10 days home.

Owner Operator Dry Van pays 92cpm + FSC on all miles and will take older tractor

Company pays FSC on ALL Miles loaded or empty, 92cpm avg plus FSC, short haul premium on loads under 350 miles. Company pays tolls, scales, 99% no touch but pays 100% lumper, detention pay, base plates, permits and fuel taxes. Must have 12 months tractor trailer experience. Pay ranges from 27-32.5 cpm based on experience plus 1cpm bonus on all miles if you do 10,000 miles a month with no preventable accidents.  Home every 14 days, lots of miles.  6 months recent OTR experience, no more than 3 moving violations in past 36 months or 2 in past 12, no 15 over or other major violation last 36 mos, no more than 2 preventable accidents or incidents in past 36 months and no more than 3 combination violations/accidents. No DUI 60 months, no misdemeanor drug or theft in 5 years, no felony in 7 years, no major or drug felony in past 10 years.  Hires W of I-95 on East Coast, FL North of Orlando and West to Hwy 19, East TX including Dallas and Houston, Salt Lake City UT, Denver CO and Boise ID.  

Owner Operators avg 91cpm plus FSC ALL miles.

Sliding pay scale, avg of 91cpm plus FSC on ALL miles loaded and empty. Company pays base plates, permits, tolls, scales, no trailer or drop fees. Benefits available for I/C. Company also offers a good 12 month Lease program w/0 down, $463 wk, $2400 completion bonus on 2007 Freightliner Century.

Depending on where you live you may be able to hire with 6 months recent OTR exp whether you've ever done flatbed or not, no forced dispatch, should plan on staying out 10-14 days to maximize money.  

 

Teams to 46cpm

Hiring teams with 12 months OTR in last 24 months. Both drivers must have hazmat for dedicated, if you dont have a partner can match you up with someone. Hazmat loads pay add 3 cpm. Home every other week. Every 30k miles you're each paid another $600 with option of a week off, your choice bonus or paid vacation. Hiring 36 states.

Free or Low Cost School for CDL Students

Now hiring students for a long haul over the road carrier that runs all 48 states. The company will put you through school to obtain a Class A CDL.  As long as you complete the school you will be hired upon graduation, complete an 8 month employment agreement and tuition is FREE.  After you graduate you will run in a team operation being gone over the road for 3-4 weeks and home for 4-5 days.  Your pay will start at 22cpm, by month 6 your pay will be 31cpm.  (Based on 2000-2500 miles per week your pay would be $440-$575 weekly month 1, increasing to $620-$775 weekly by month 6). 

There are 4 schools, all are PTDI certified, with 2 locations in CA, 1 in Mo and 1 in TX.  The company will select which school you will attend based on availability and your location.  Schools start every Monday and last approximately 3 weeks. After you graduate you are scheduled the following week for a company orientation, if necessary the company will transport you.  Your hire date will be your last date of orientation.  Orientation last 3 days, then you are assigned to a trainer and will spend 4 weeks on the road with your trainer. Typically, you will attend school, do orientation and complete in truck training, then be assigned a truck and do another 3-4 weeks with your co-driver before coming home, approximately 9-12 weeks altogether. Once home you will have about a week off, then typically you will be out 3-4 weeks and home for 4-6 days.  You can also elect to run a 20/10 team which is a 3 person team that switches a driver every 10 days, each driver is out 20 days and home for 10.

If you have a partner you want to team with you can complete school together, train seperately, then come back together as a team after on the road training.  If you have a partner with some experience (6 months or more) they may be able to train you following graduation from school.

The company advances the cost of bus and lodging for the school which are paid through payroll deduction, tuition is paid under your employment agreement.  You will be responsible to pay processing fees of $150 to the school, you will need approximately $150 in food and miscellaneous money during the school and before hire - figure a total of $300 total to get thru school and till hired.  If you can swing it you can pay for the school upfront, total cost is $2500 and you avoid the employment contract.

Before I can activate your application you must fax me a copy of your driving record covering 3-5 years depending on the state. (the report must be no older than 30 days and must include all states in which you've been licensed the prior 5 years)  You can provide or I can do it for you.

I-77 over to 81 from Charlotte, I-81 from I-40/I-81 split up thru PA to I-88 in NY.  Should be home weekly with good miles, Pays 90 cpm plus fuel surcharge ALL miles for strong mid sized carrier with a great reputation. 1990 or newer tractor, company pays liability and cargo insurance, fuel taxes, scales, tolls and plates. $500 orientation pay.
