Southwest Regional & 57 Fleet

SW Regional - Home every 12-14 days when freight is slow, increasing to home every 7-10 days with higher freight.  Runs TX, LA, OK AR, MS, MO and CO. Driver takes truck home. Pays 33cpm.

Houston / Dallas 57 Fleet - Home every 7-10 days for scheduled home time plus may get through the house during your tour.  Runs TX out of Dallas, Houston and San Antonio with dedicated dispatch from Grand Prairie. Pays 33cpm

Will hire with 3 months recent OTR experience.  New equipment, all dry van with 70% drop and hook.  Paid weekly and full benefits. 

North East Regional Home Weekly

Northeast Regional pays 37cpm to start, an addl 2cpm if willing to go to Canada and addl 2cpm if willing to go to NYC, addl Canada or NYC pay is on ALL miles.  Home Weekly. 1 week per year paid vacation ($500). Hires with 9 months local or OTR tractor trailer in last 36 months.

Midwest Drivers Home Weekends 45cpm

Most drivers home weekends. Requires 12 months recent OTR experience.  Dry van carrier, late model equipment. Driver must have or be willing to get hazmat endorsement. 

Pay for Midwest starts at 40cpm all miles and increases to 45cpm by your 6th month.  Full benefits, late model equipment, mostly drop and hook.  40% night driving, 25% of freight terminates in NE, 75% in Midwest or Southeast regions. 

Hiring Areas  COLUMBUS OH TERMINAL---all of OH , Indianapolis(within 25miles), Chicago area, all of PA, Baltimore MD and All of NJ. IN- Up and down I65, I70, across I80/90, WV- Parkersburg, Clarksburg, Fairmont, Morgantown, Cumberland and Martinsburg

Southeast Drivers Home 7-10 days 38cpm

Southeast drivers are home every 7-10 days for 2 days. Starting pay is 35cpm, increases over first 6 months to 38cpm. Full benefits.  Requires 12 months recent OTR experience.  Dry van carrier, late model equipment. Driver must have or be willing to get hazmat endorsement. 40% night driving.  25% of freight terminates in NE, 75% in Midwest or Southeast regions. 

Hiring areas Southeast hiring- west of I95 in SC and NC (Western NC is good, Charlotte Area and Raleigh good)  Cannot hire east of 95.  All of GA except near Columbus GA. TN east of Nashville, 
Fl in Jacksonville and Orlando.  VA- Up and down I81, Up and down I95

Home Weekends Run AL, MS, AR, OK, TX, LA

Hiring for Regional, dry van, 34-38 cpm to start, home 3 out of 4 weekends, take truck home w/no commute.
New equipment, good miles, mid size company, full benefits. Requires 15 months recent experience.

Teams - $1320 a week per driver, Home every 14 days, $5000 sign on bonus

Hiring teams with at least 3 months of OTR experience in last 12 months. Must have a co-driver, but dont have to be related.  5,000-6,000 miles a week, home every other week.  Pays 48cpm to the truck and $5000 sign on bonus if both drivers have hazmat.  Pays 44cpm to the truck and $5000 sign on bonus with no hazmat.  Well maintained late model equipment, all dry van, 70% drop and hook.

Over the Road and Regional truck drivers to $1300 weekly

Over the Road drivers home every 10-14 days, pays to 47cpm with 7 yrs of experience and hazmat endorsement.  Hazmat not required. At 2800 miles a week thats $1300 weekly.

Regional drivers home 3 out of 4 weekends, pays to 42cpm with 7 yrs experience and hazmat endorsement. Regionals available in the Midwest, Central States, Southwest, Northeast, Southeast, and Western (based out of Phoenix).

Team drivers to 46cpm with 1 yr experience and hazmat endorsement. 

Minimum 1 year recent experience OTR to hire

• Solo or Teams
• Hazmat not required to hire, hazmat endorsement pays 1cpm more on ALL miles.
• 4cpm bonus for miles in NE, east of I-81 and north of MD
• 1cpm safety bonus paid annually
• Full benefits, paid vacations
• Dry van, no touch freight, new equipment

Also hiring Owner Operators, 1 yr experience, 93cpm w/no hazmat, 94cpm w/hazmat Plus fuel surcharge on ALL miles, loaded and empty.

Hires with 3 months Experience in last 12 months - 35cpm

Dry van, pay is based on experience and length of haul. East of I-35 home every 12 days with 2 days off, West Coast and Florida is out 2-3 weeks. Teams are out 21 days with 4 days off.

Other dedicated runs may be available depending on your location.  

Minimum experience is 3 months OTR experience in last 12 months, or 6 in last 36 months.  If you have less than 6 months experience you cannot have any accidents, incidents or moving violations in last 3 years.  6 months and over, normal hiring qualifications apply.

Solo-.Pay is 35cpm if you have hazmat on cdl, 34cpm w/out hazmat. (hazmat not required to hire, pay difference is ALL miles, not just those hauling hazmat).  $2000 sign on bonus, $500 first load, $500 30 days and $1000 at 6 months.

Teams - Pay is 48cpm to the truck if both drivers have hazmat, 44cpm to the truck w/out hazmat, all teams receive $5000 sign on bonus (paid out over 9 months).

Note on OTR Hiring Areas: Now Hiring West Coast and 100 miles of JAX FL.  Southern Michigan – better defined as 50 mile radius of Detroit, Lansing, Grand Rapids plus all areas south of those cities

 

OTR Driver earn $900-1000 week and get 5 weeks paid vacation at $600 week

Over the Road - base pay plus vacation/bonus pay to $600 plus week off every 30,000 miles.  You can take off up to 5 weeks per year and bank time taking up to 3 consecutive weeks off.  Assigned equipment with no slipseating.  Solos and Teams, Solos pay 31-33cpm and Teams pay to 48cpm. Hazmat loads pay 3cpm extra and company will pay to get hazmat. hazmat is not required. Full company benefits. Avg trip length 1000 miles, easy to do 2800-3200 miles weekly. Driver MUST be willing to go to Canada or NYC, will hire felony over 10 yrs, but still must be willing to apply for clearance to go to Canada.

You need minimum 9 months tractor trailer in the last 36 months (can be a mix of OTR and local tractor trailer - van, refrigerated, flat or tanker) with a good work and safety record to apply. No DUI, reckless driving or felonies in prior 10 years. No more than 1 preventable accidents in last 6 months of driving. Orientation is 3 days, pays $125.

NorthEast Regional Home Weekly - pays to 52cpm

North East Regional - home weekly pays 48cpm base with 7 yrs experience plus 4cpm bonus on loads passing through selected NE areas.  Average 1800-2200 miles a week, home weekly, may get through the house.  Requires 12 months of recent OTR or Regional tractor trailer experience.

Pay to $1000 week, Home weekends, $1000 Sign on Bonus and No Cost Health Insurance

Company offers several different payscales and home time options for drivers.  Dry Van, Refrigerated and Flatbed freight, runs are East of I-35.

• 5 state Regional - MO, IL, IN, IA, S WI. - dry van/refrigerated, Home 1 night per week and 48 hour weekends. Avg $875 week + sign on bonus and Free Insurance.
• Flatbed home every day $800 per week average, must live in a triangle between Quicny-Peoria-Granite City IL area + sign on bonus and Free insurance.
• OTR Home weekends 35cpm OR 15 days out 3 days off 15 days out 4 days off 40cpm + sign on bonus and Free insurance.

All Drivers get the Sign on bonus of $1000 paid on first 2 checks $500 each, plus Free health insurance for the family after 90 days and free dental after one year.

All drivers are required to have one year experience in last 3 yrs and a good work and safety record.  Flatbed requires at least 6 months flatbed experience

 

OTR & Regional w/family owned company, Great pay & Benefits

OTR dry van, Home 2 out of 3 weekends, some areas in NE home every weekend, GA and TX home every 14 days with 4 days off.  All trucks with APU, pet and rider policy, Blue Cross Blue Shield health and dental insurance, paid vacations.

• Minimum 6 months of recent OTR van or reefer experience.
• Pays 35-38cpm plus 3cpm for hazmat for loads over 400 miles.  Extra pay for short loads under 400 miles. Paid extra stops, paid layovers, paid detention over 2 hours, 6 paid holidays, paid vacations. 
• Smaller family owned company w/ low turnover, good equipment and miles.
• Great job working for a smaller company with bigger company pay and benefits.
