More Information on Jobs & Hiring Requirements Below
Get your career as a professional truck driver in gear and moving NOW. I can get you on the road behind the wheel of a tractor trailer and making money in a very short period of time. The economy is picking back up and NOW is the time to jump on this opportunity.
Hiring Areas:
Team Drivers
Solo or Team Drivers
I have some limited hiring areas for Local/Regional Jobs for new Drivers - Go Here.
About These Jobs:
These are driving positions with large for-hire motor carriers with 48 state authority and proven history of training new CDL drivers. Thousands of drivers have started their driving career with these companies. Primarily pulling dry van freight, these are long haul driving positions. You can run solo or partner with a friend, relative, a fellow classmate you meet at school, or we can match you up with someone suitable. If you have a friend or relative with at least 6 months recent OTR experience, they may be able to hire on at the same time and train you.
Your job with this company will be driving a tractor trailer through 48 states. This is long haul trucking, the average trip is 800 miles solo and 1500 miles team. If you work solo you will work 14 days then be home for 2 days. In team driving you can work a 2 person team for 3-4 weeks then come home for 3-4 days. Team drivers can also choose a 20/10 program with 3 drivers assigned to a truck, each driver works 20 days and is off for 10 days. You do not need a partner, the company will help match you co-drivers. Whether solo or team, there is no commuting, the truck goes home with you or the company moves you around at their expense.
You will be paid for all miles you drive,
you can expect to earn from $400-$500 week in your first month
increasing to $650-$800 weekly by month 6. Benefits are available for you and your dependents. As you gain experience
other opportunities may include training new drivers or leasing a truck and operating as an owner operator. Many experienced drivers earn over $50,000 a year, 2 person teams can easily earn over $100,000 a year.
Why Take an Over the Road Job:
A CDL is a driver's license, not an automatic ticket to a job and it is
relevant verifiable experience with the CDL that matters.
For most all new CDL drivers the entry point into a career as a professional driver is with an over the road
trucking company. Whether the lifestyle of an over the road driver works for you long term, many drivers have successfully used over the road experience from their first job to advance their career as a professional driver. A relatively short time of 8-12 months of verifiable time driving a tractor trailer on long haul trips in all weather conditions through 48
states will provide you the type of experience and knowledge that employers are seeking in a professional driver. An over the road driver can always use their time behind the wheel to get a local job, the same does NOT work in reverse.
